Every order is backed by our comprehensive 36-month manufacturer's warranty, designed to give you complete confidence in your purchase.

36-Month Cover
What's Covered
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal usage for 36 months from the date of delivery. Covered defects include:
- Tunnelling — moisture ingress causing separation between the reflective layer and acrylic
- Letter de-lamination — peeling or lifting of characters on 3D/4D plates
- Adhesive failure — structural faults caused by defective materials or assembly
- Warping — distortion of the acrylic due to material faults, not impact-related
Where a warranty claim cannot be resolved by replacement, or where a replacement is also found to be faulty, a refund may be offered in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Exclusions
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under the standard 36-month warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation or use
- Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or fading from road use
- Breakage due to impact, road debris, or accidents
- Theft or loss of number plates
- Modifications or alterations made to the plates after delivery
- Damage caused by use on incompatible vehicle surfaces (e.g. extreme bumper curves)

What's Included
The Paramount Protection Plan gives you up to two replacement sets within 24 months of your original order date, covering situations the standard warranty does not.
- Accidental damage — cracked, chipped, or worn plates
- Lost plates — plates that fall off or cannot be recovered
- Stolen plates — subject to re-verification of identity and entitlement documents as required by RNPS regulations
Please note: The Protection Plan is a replacement service, not insurance. It is non-transferable, applies to the original registration only, and replacement plates will match the original specification of your order. There is no cash alternative. Both replacements may be used within the 24-month period but are not renewed thereafter. Delivery charges apply to all replacements at the prevailing rate shown at checkout. The Protection Plan can only be added at the time of placing your original order and cannot be purchased retrospectively.

What to Include
Information Required
To request a replacement under your 36-month warranty or Paramount Protection Plan, please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (for damaged or defective plates)
- A brief written explanation if your plates were lost or stolen
- Updated identity and entitlement documents where required by RNPS regulations (e.g. for stolen plate replacements)
We aim to review all claims and respond within 2–3 working days. If approved, we will arrange your replacement promptly. We reserve the right to decline claims where evidence of misuse, fraud, or tampering is found.
