We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery of your custom number plates and accessories. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please read this policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Delivery Options
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — free on all plate orders
All number plate orders are shipped free via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch. This service includes full parcel tracking, GPS-verified delivery, and photographic delivery confirmation.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — optional paid upgrade
Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for next working day delivery from dispatch. This service includes full parcel tracking, GPS and photographic proof of delivery, and priority dispatch handling. The fee for this upgrade is shown at checkout.
Royal Mail First Class — free for accessories
Orders containing only accessories or fitting kits are dispatched free via Royal Mail First Class. This service typically delivers the next working day but does not include tracking.

Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of all required documentation being verified (where applicable). We dispatch Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Orders received outside these hours, or on Sundays and UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.
Dispatch times may be extended during busy periods. See Section 07 for details.
Please note: Your order cannot enter production until identity and entitlement documents have been submitted and verified. If documents are not provided promptly, this will delay both production and dispatch. See our Terms of Service for details on how to submit documents.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor your parcel's progress via the Royal Mail tracking portal.
We rely on Royal Mail's GPS tracking data and photographic delivery confirmation as valid proof of delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, it is considered fulfilled. If you believe your item has been misdelivered, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Paramount Plates Ltd is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@paramountplates.co.uk. We will liaise with Royal Mail to investigate and, where the order is confirmed lost or undeliverable, will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the order date — or by any specific delivery date agreed at checkout — you are entitled to a full refund. Please note: where a delay is caused by a failure to provide the required identity and entitlement documents promptly, the 30-day period is calculated from the date documents were verified, not the date of order placement. Undeliverable Parcels & Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge at the prevailing Royal Mail rate will apply. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from delivery failures caused by inaccurate address information provided at checkout.

Peak Period Delays
During public holidays or high-volume promotional periods — including Black Friday and the Christmas period — dispatch and delivery times may be extended beyond our standard timeframes. We recommend placing your order early during these periods to avoid disappointment. We will aim to communicate any anticipated delays via our website.

Partial Deliveries
Orders containing multiple items — for example, number plates and accessories — may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels due to packaging or production reasons. Where this occurs, you will receive individual tracking details for each parcel where a tracked service applies.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of delivery timeframes and non-delivery.

Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
