The journey
Where your order goes.
Every plate order passes through the same five stages. Your account and our emails tell you when each one is done.
- 01Order received
Payment confirmed and your plate spec locked in.
- 02Documents verified
ID and entitlement checked by our team.
- 03Production
Your plates go into production within 1 working day of your documents being verified.
- 04Dispatched
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 if you chose it — tracking number emailed to you.
- 05Delivered
Royal Mail aims to deliver within two to three working days of dispatch on Tracked 48, or the next working day after dispatch on Tracked 24.
