4D Gel number plates combine a laser-cut 3mm acrylic character base with a domed gel resin overlay. The acrylic provides a defined raised edge; the gel adds a curved, glossy surface to the front of each black character.
This finish brings together two different profiles. From the side you can see the acrylic base, while the top face catches light across the resin dome. The 3mm specification refers to the acrylic layer; the gel sits above it. It should not be read as the total height of the complete layered character.
Choose this finish if you like the depth and straight edge of acrylic but prefer the softer shine of gel on the character face. Compare the side and front views in the 3D preview: that makes the construction easier to judge than a front-facing photograph alone.

Start from a matching standard pair at £64.99. Standard shape is included; Short adds £5 per plate and Hex adds £10. A printed black border is £1 per plate. Flags or a green flash are £2 per selected plate on Standard and Short.
Choose a single front, single rear or pair in the plate builder. Keep “Same as front” selected for matching options, or set the lettering, shape, flag and border separately for each side. The same registration appears on both plates.
Paramount Plates makes your physical plates to order. Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is included with plate orders. Production follows identity and registration entitlement checks; see accepted documents. Our 36-month manufacturing warranty applies under its published terms.

To legally produce your number plates we’re required to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration. You can upload both after you order (a phone photo is fine); we’ll show you how.
