To legally produce your number plates we're required to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration. Once your order is placed, you'll be directed to a page with clear instructions on how to submit your documents and complete the verification process.
Valid DocumentsProof of Identity
A valid driving licence, utility bill, Council Tax bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months.
Proof of Entitlement
A V5C logbook, V750 certificate, V778 retention document or eV948 certificate of authorisation.
Quickest Option
The simplest documents to provide are an eV948 Certificate of Authorisation paired with a recent bank statement or utility bill.

No — UK law allows number plates to be purchased as a gift. You can use your own ID along with a registration entitlement document (such as a V5C or V750) belonging to a family member or friend.
Yes — all our 3D and 4D plates are 100% road legal. The DVLA confirms that characters on a number plate can be 3D. "4D" refers to raised laser-cut acrylic characters which fully comply with DVLA regulations and BS AU 145e standards.
