Legal requirement
To legally produce your number plates we’re required to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration. You can upload both after you order (a phone photo is fine); we’ll show you how.
Valid documentsAny one of 6: Utility bill (gas, electricity or water), Landline or home broadband bill, Bank or building society statement, and 3 more — see our Valid Documents page. Bills and statements must be dated within the last 6 months.
Any one of 9: Vehicle registration certificate (V5C or V5CNI), New keeper supplement (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI), Certificate of entitlement (V750 or V750NI), and 6 more — see our Valid Documents page.
A phone photo of your V5C logbook and your photocard driving licence, uploaded after you order. Just assigned a private registration online? The eV948 the DVLA gives you works too, but only for 3 working days.

All our number plates are fully recognised by the DVLA as road legal and manufactured to comply with BS AU 145e standards.
To comply with UK regulations, we’re required to verify your identity and entitlement before producing your plates. You can submit documents digitally via our upload page or by email — or post them to us if you prefer.
All plates come with a 36-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects, giving you lasting confidence in your purchase.
We exclusively produce DVLA-compliant number plates. We do not supply show plates — our focus is on quality, legality, and road-ready precision.
